How does the GP on Demand Service work?

  1. Sign up online - fill in your details to complete sign up!
  2. Call our GP number - 24/7 your call will be answered by a team of trained operators who will take your details.
  3. Book a Consultation - your operator will book the consultation for you, just choose telephone or video consultation.
  4. A Doctor calls you* - we guarantee a doctor will call you back within 15 minutes of booking your consultation.
  5. Telephone consultation – these normally last around 10 minutes but can be as long as necessary.

*All calls are recorded to provide accurate auditing

Able2Travel now includes ‘GP on Demand’ as standard

All Able2Travel travel insurance policies now include the ‘GP on Demand’ with them as standard. You will need to register for access to the service, and the duration will be as outlined in your Able2Travel Travel Insurance Policy Documents. You only need to register for this service when you need to contact a GP.
