If your journey involves transiting through a country or region where the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against “All But Essential Travel”, please note:

Cover remains in place while you remain airside (within the airport’s international transit area, without passing through passport control or customs)
If you need to leave the transit area, or if your journey is diverted and you are required to enter the country, your cover may be affected.

Name Change Administration Charge: If you need to amend the name on your tickets so another person can travel instead of you (to prevent cancellation of the holiday), this cost can be covered with the extended carer cover option.
Transport of Replacement Carer Charges: Provide economy transport costs of an emergency replacement, stand-in carer to travel to and attend the cared for person, to prevent you cancelling the trip or needing to come home early.
